SCANPH workshops/forums provide opportunities for members to connect and advance their professional development through high-quality training oriented around effective affordable housing development and management, pertinent policy issues, and topical concerns.

Programming aims to meet the following goals:

Build Industry Capacity

By giving affordable housing advocates and nonprofit developers greater industry knowledge and opportunities to engage with their peers at our training and technical assistance programs, we add to the overall industry's ability to meet our stated objectives of facilitating more affordable housing development.

Strengthen Industry Knowledge

SCANPH coordinates to ensure that industry stakeholders have access to a comprehensive range of learning options and effective networking opportunities.

Advance Awareness and Support of Affordable Housing

These programs engage members in purposeful dialogue that responds to their needs, deepens our relationships, and converts them to action.

Stronger Partnerships

By facilitating more of these training and technical assistance programs with other organizations who also have a vested interest in the development of affordable housing, we can build a culture of collaboration to serve our communities.
